How do I find a real estate attorney?
When selling a home, you may need the guidance of a trusted real estate attorney. Your Magnificent Manors Realtor®will be one of the best sources for an attorney. You can also ask your friends, colleagues and family members if they can refer you to real estate attorneys they have used in the past.

What are closing costs?
For the Seller, closing costs are the transaction fees charged by the title company and real estate brokerage. Generally closing costs cover items such as taxes, recording, title company services and commissions. The Magnificent Manors Team will provide you with an Estimated Cost to Close Statement so you will understand what your net proceeds will be from the sale of your house.

What standards do appraisers use to estimate the value of a home?
Appraisers base their estimates on several factors such as prior sales in the area, square footage, location, home features and upgrades. A copy of a home’s appraisal detailing the standards the appraiser used to reach his or her estimate will be provided to the buyer’s lender after the appraisal has been completed.

Where can I find housing market statistics for my area?
Your Magnificent Manors Realtor®is the best source for local housing market statistics and information. Not only do we have access to market data through our subscription services, real estate board and brokerage, we also have the expertise and area knowledge to interpret and apply the statistics to your specific real estate needs.
