“The Highlands” is coming to West Rosslyn!

The developers call it a “half-mile-long super block” and, it will be nothing short of that! Apartments, condos, retail, a green-space park, a new school and a new fire station will all be part of this new developed area in West Rosslyn. Situated between Metro stations; the new retail and mixed-use community areas will connect downtown Rosslyn with Courthouse and Clarendon and bring vitality to a heavily business focused area to round out the neighborhood.

CVS and VIDA Fitness have officially signed on as tenants. Expected completion is 2022.
