The behavior of Q3’s real estate market has brought a bit of relief to buyers. Inventory continued to grow, and although sale prices continued to rise, they did so at a bit slower pace than we’ve seen recently. We call this a “softening” of the market. The market is rebalancing itself. Outlook remains exceptionally bright. Paired with low unemployment and the influx of new businesses and construction, this area will remain one of the most vibrant in the US.
