From In-Person Showings to Virtual Options
We are committed to keeping our clients safe, happy and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The real estate industry has successfully adapted to the COVID-19 environment to keep buyers, sellers and investors healthy. We are complying with CDC standards to implement clear protocols that all of our real estate agents must follow. These guidelines keep homes clean and safe for everyone entering them and for those living in them.
What are we doing to ensure your safety during in-person showings? First our team always wears masks, gloves and booties when showing properties. Hands are washed or hand sanitizer is used before and after entering. At every house we list, we include a “COVID-19 kit” that includes gloves, booties, masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for buyers to use when entering the house. Before the showing, anyone experiencing any symptoms are asked to not enter. For those who do enter, we kindly remind them to refrain from touching any surfaces while viewing the property. We also leave doors, cabinets and closets open, and turn on lights and switches to minimize contact. We keep windows and doors open, when appropriate, to let fresh air flow throughout the showing. Once a buyer leaves, we wipe down all surfaces, knobs and high touch areas. Our number one goal is to help people move into or out of their magnificent manor while keeping them safe and healthy.
We also offer virtual, no-contact options during the entire home buying or selling process. We offervideo consultations and appointments. We use our KW Mobile App or e-mail to send you listings that match your criteria. We offer video tours of any home you are interested in seeing. All documents can be signed electronically and any fees or earnest money can be wired or picked up by our mobile title rep. Home inspectors follow all CDC guidleslines and will email you complete reports with photos. A mobile notary will bring the closing to you and maintain social distancing guidlesines. We can even deliver the keys to you!
