• To respond to your inquiry and schedule property tours or consultations.
• To provide real estate services and communicate with you about properties, listings, and your home search or sale.
• To send you marketing, newsletters, market updates, and event invitations, where permitted, and always with a way to opt out.

We share personal information only as described below:
• Our team and brokerage. With our agents and KW Metro Center so we can serve you.
• Service providers. With vendors who work on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, email and marketing tools, website hosts, and analytics and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Real estate partners. With parties involved in a transaction you pursue, such as lenders, title companies, other agents, or the MLS, where relevant.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising platforms for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out of this at any time, as described in Section 9.

5. Marketing Communications and Your Choices
You are always in control of how we contact you.
• Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email us to be removed.
• Phone and text. If you ask us to contact you by phone or text, you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us or by replying STOP to a text. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of buying or selling a home, and message and data rates may apply.
• Transactional messages. We may still contact you about an active inquiry or transaction even if you opt out of marketing.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and support our advertising. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you do. Where required, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, to comply with legal and professional recordkeeping obligations, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
