We believe that you should always be aware of the current status of the sale of your house. We will be talking, emailing, and texting regularly so you are never wondering what is going on.
If your house has not sold in three to four weeks we will perform a thorough marketing review so we know if there have been any shifts and if any adjustments are needed.
After each showing and open house, we will contact buyers and agents to get their feedback. That feedback will be shared with you regularly.
We also will review our pricing strategy after analyzing buyer and agent responses during showings.
