When we start to work together, we will provide you with a detailed Magnificent Manors Marketing Plan that includes online, social media and traditional marketing techniques designed to reach a broad audience of potential buyers and thousands of agents as well. By linking marketing programs together, they complement each other and build awareness and demand for your property.

Traditional marketing methods we use:

Promoting your listing through MRIS and the Keller Williams database.

MRIS is a private database used by Realtors® to exchange information about homes for sale.The goal of the database is to unite home buyers with home sellers.

As soon as you tell us that you would like the Magnificent Manors Team to represent you, we will publish the details of your home in the MRIS database so other Realtors® can find it. This information is immediately available to other Realtors® and populates all of the real estate websites on the internet.

We hire professional photographers to capture the beauty of your home for all marketing materials, including a dedicated website and video to promote your listing.

We also use a variety of media to spread the word about your listing:

  1. Email newsletters and special mailings to my “people base”
  2. Brochures highlighting the listing’s special features and the investments you have made for distribution to buyers and Realtors®
  3. Direct mail to potential buyers who live in the areas where buyers are most likely to purchase your house, not to our “farm” to find new clients
  4. Sign on your property and directional signs for special events and open houses
  5. Weekend Open Houses until the house is sold
  6. Brokers Opens to promote the listing to the thousands of agents in Northern VA and Washington, DC
  7. Word of mouth to community leaders, friends and family
